What is Cloud Letters?

Cloud Letters is a web-based version of the letters module which means that it was created to completely function outside of the TDO application through a web browser and without Microsoft Word.

Cloud Letters is all the features you know and love from the Letters module with enhanced functionality. Batch send letters. easily create beautiful reports using the pick pictures, use custom token that load the same time as template cutting down on delays.

Looks like Microsoft Word, but performs much better.

In order to completely detach the letters module from Microsoft Word, we created a web-based editing suite that includes most of the standard editing features found in Microsoft Word.

One of the new features in cloud letters is that all of the tokens in your templates will load simultaneously along with the template. In the applications letters module, the tokens would load after the verbiage.
