Doctors Using the GentleWave System and/or TDO Software: $1,735
Spouse/Staff Members: $785

If registering after July 31st, the cost will be $1,835 per doctor. The fee will remain the same for

New TDO Software Users: $867.50

Spouse/Staff Members of new Users (up to 2): $392.50

Includes users who purchased TDO Software after the October 2018 meeting.

Prospective TDO Users or TDO Users outside of North America: $785

Includes guests considering the purchase of TDO Software or TDO Users that live outside of North America.

Postgraduate Residents: $395

The registration fee for postgraduate residents is $395.

Retired TDO Doctors: FREE

Retired TDO doctors who have attended five meetings in the past can attend at no charge.
Applicable discounts, if any, will be issued by TDO Software.

  • Only doctors registered for the Scientific Session, their spouses and vendors are invited to the Thursday Scientific Session dinner. If you would like to attend, please make sure to select “Attending Thursday Dinner.”
  • The option for Attending All Meals Only is for staff members that will not attend training sessions, but will partake in the meals provided for breakfast and lunch. The cost for this is $395.
  • Friday Reception Dinner adult plate cost is $150 for attendees not registered for training sessions.
  • Retired TDO doctors that have attended 5 meetings in the past are now able to attend at no charge.

Cancellation deadline is August 9th. If you cancel after August 9th, your registration fee is non-refundable.
